City police break up brawl at local hotel

On the 30th of Dec. shortly after 2 AM Csts. Ken Rice, Scott Berry and Bruce Whitehead of the North Bay Police were called to a hotel on Delaware Av. in regards to a fight involving what is alleged to be 15 to 20 people within the establishment.

Once the officers arrived their investigation showed that allegedly a glass was thrown into the crowd and struck an employee in the head. The victim required medical attention.

Jason KMETZ 21 years old of Delaware Av. is charged with Assault With a Weapon and is to appear in court on the 19th of Feb.
