No one should be alone on Christmas

Committed volunteers from St. Brice’s Anglican Church, the Gathering Place and the Pro Cathedral Church of the Assumption are set to host the annual free Christmas Day Dinner today.

Organiser Shirley McKay says no one should be alone on Christmas and so everyone is invited to enjoy a traditional turkey dinner, with all the trimmings, at the Pro Cathedral located at 480 McIntyre St. W.

McKay also notes that the parish hall is wheelchair accessible.

Social hour featuring music starts at 12:30 PM followed by the traditional dinner at 1:30 PM.
