Fights with police

On the 15th of Dec. at approximately 7:30 AM it is alleged that Csts. Andre Berube and Jason Long attended a residence within the city in regards to investigating complaints of threatening.

A male suspect began to fight with the officers, injuring one of them.

Kyle LIVINGSTON 28 years old of Main St. W. is charged with Uttering Threats and Assault With Intent to Resist Arrest. He remained in custody for a bail hearing.
