Eviction turns into drug bust

On the 15th of Dec. Csts.Richard Hampel and Daniel Shepstone of the North Bay Police received a call in regards to an eviction from a local motel on Lakeshore Dr.

The officers arrived to find that two people were in the room along with a variety of drugs and drug paraphernalia. Both were arrested.

Jason LANG 31 years old of Nipissing St. is charged with Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking in a Controlled Drug as well as Breach of an Undertaking.

Laura BAILEY 32 years old of Lakeshore Dr. is charged with Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking in a Controlled Drug.

Both were kept in custody for a bail hearing.
