City man charged with carry a concealed weapon

North Bay Police Cst. Dix arrested two persons suspected of selling digital cameras on Main Street E Dec 07 at approximately 1130 p.m.

Upon detaining these people, the male was searched and knife was found concealed in his jacket.

Brent Smith, age 37, Of McIntyre Street East has been charged with Carry a Concealed Weapon and Breach of Probation.

The female, Julie Trimble, 31 years old, of Mattawa, had possession of cameras with the security devices removed. She was charged with Breach of Recognizance, Possession of Stolen Property, and Breach of Probation.

Both individuals were released from custody following a bail hearing on Dec 08, 2007.
