Ski Hill to start season off with three runs

Laurentian Ski Hill announced Friday that final preparations have begun for the grand opening on December 22, 2007 and that the final inspection of the lift took place this week.

Officials say that the combination of natural snow and “snowmax” snow will allow them to open in December with three runs. As well, the city can look forward to a Terrain Park and a new Junior Park area.

“The internal organization is finalizing its training sessions as well as ski patrol and snow school instructors,” they note.

“This Holiday Season is looking bright at Laurentian Ski Hill. Come and enjoy hills of fun!”
