Two North Bay Police Service detectives will be returning this evening with a suspect from Burnaby British Columbia.
This male suspect was investigated on an unrelated incident by the RCMP during this past weekend. A confirmation on the Police Computer System led the officers in British Columbia to contact the North Bay Police Service.
Kevin Pelletier 36 years old of No Fixed Address is charged with Attempted Murder while using a Firearm and will appear in bail court tomorrow on the 28th of Nov.
This incident is alleged to have occurred on the 15th of Oct. 2006 at a residence on Cassells St. Some time after the North Bay Police investigators obtained a Canada Wide Warrant for his arrest.
