Irish fire alarm

On the 20th of Nov. at 2:45 AM it is alleged that a multiple unit residence in the 200 block of Algonquin Av. had the fire alarm activated.

This call was answered by the North Bay Fire Department and after seeing that the building had been evacuated of approximately 40 people and that the fire extinguisher had been discharged, Cst. Scott Berry of the North Bay Police was called to attend the scene.

The officer began his investigation and culminated it by arresting an individual in relation to this incident.

Damian MAGUIRE 22 years old of Ireland is charged with Mischief and remains in custody for a bail hearing.
