Man charged with robbery and assault

On the 10th of Nov. at approximately 4 AM it is alleged that a man entered another man’s room within a North Bay boarding house.

At this time it is further alleged that this man attacked the resident and stole percocet medication.

The North Bay Police commenced their investigation and on the 13th of Nov. during the late morning hours Csts. Andre Berube and Greg Dix of our Service arrested a man in relation to this incident within an apartment on High St.

Rusty POWELL 30 years old of No Fixed Address is charged with Robbery and Assault. He remains in custody for a bail hearing.
