Canadore to hold Remembrance Day Ceremony at Commerce Court

On November 9, the Canadore College community will remember those who gave their lives in battle and those currently serving their country. The special ceremony will be led by faculty and students of the Police Foundations program and will involve college staff and students from various programs.

At 10:45 a.m., the North Bay Police Service Colour Party will lead the ceremony in the Commerce Court gymnasium to pay tribute to our soldiers. The Aboriginal Learning Unit will also be participating by paying tribute to Canada’s First Nations soldiers who played a significant role in past war efforts.

At 11:00 a.m. all campuses are asked to observe two minutes of silence.
