Thousands of little ones hit the streets Wednesday night going door to door trick or treating for bounty of chocolate and candies as reward to their costume efforts, and it appears that a number of area home owners offered a little more than candy as they got into the spirit of the holiday by decorating their yards.

This home on Abbott Court went all out digging up old relatives, a few ghosts and goblins as well as a headless body or two, as well as adding a spider for good measure.

Their efforts didn't go unnoticed as BayToday.ca readers sent a note saying they were delighted with their neighbour’s effort for All Hallows' Day.
