The North Bay Police Service wishes to re-advise the media that on the 15th of Oct. last year, 2006, a shooting took place in an apartment located on Cassells St.
During this shooting incident, a male was critically injured and the male shooter was later identified to be Kevin Leo PELLETIER 36 years old formerly of Sturgeon Falls.

A Canada Wide Arrest Warrant has been issued for PELLETIER. He is wanted for Attempted Murder While Using a Firearm, Extortion While Using a Firearm, Possession of a Restricted Firearm, Break & Enter and Commit and Failing to Comply With a Recognizance.

Our Police Service is asking for the assistance of the public in locating Kevin Leo PELLETIER. He was a resident of Sturgeon Falls, and has experience working in the construction trades. PELLETIER is described as being 5'7, weighing 150 lbs. with black hair and hazel eyes.
He has a dragon tattoo on his chest, a skull tattoo on his right arm and a skull and tiger tattoo on his left arm.
He was last known to wear his hair short but also has been known to wear it long in a ponytail.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of PELLETIER are requested to contact their nearest Police Agency or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-tips.
