On the 24th of Oct. during the afternoon hours it is alleged that as two officers from the North Bay Police were questioning a man in relation to threatening someone, he attacked them.

A complaint had been received by the officers from a woman who stated that allegedly a man unknown to her had been following her and making threatening gestures.
As the officers spoke to the man at his residence he kicked one of the officers in the groin.

George McDONNELL 51 years old of Whitney Av. is charged with 2 Counts of Threatening and Assault To Resist Arrest. He was kept in custody for a bail hearing.
