Man charged with assault bodily harm

Our Service reported that on the 14th of Oct. a man received injuries as a result of being attacked outside of a bar in the downtown area. At that time the victim suffered stitches to his scalp, and lip, significant swelling to his face and a chipped tooth.

On the 20th of Oct. this alleged attacker turned himself in to Csts. Anthony Corrente & Chris Marshall of the North Bay Police.

Shawn HAYWARD of Emsdale is charged with Assault Bodily Harm and Assault. He is to appear in court on the 27th of Nov.
