Charged with assault and forcible entry

On Friday the 5th of Oct. it is alleged that a man attended another man's residence and kicked in the locked door. Once inside he assaulted the resident and eventually left.

Cst. Stacy Jackson and Erin Honeysett of the North Bay Police were called and located a man in relation to this incident a short time later.

Shane Steven MOYER 35 years old of 3rd Av. W. is charged with Assault and Forcible Entry. He remains in custody for a bail hearing.
