North Bay police Cst. A. Corrente reports arresting a 45-year-old male for possession of marihuana on Sept 28 at 1:40 in the morning.

Cst. Corrente pulled over a vehicle for minor traffic violations and located a quantity of marihuana on the person of the driver as well as under the car seat.

Murray John Barber, of South River is charged with possession of a Controlled Substance.
