North Bay's newest school officially opens

École élémentaire publique Héritage students happy to be in their new school.

The Conseil scolaire public du Nord-Est de l’Ontario officially opened North Bay’s newest school ‘École élémentaire publique Héritage’ on Connaught Street Tuesday.

Among the guests are Anthony Rota, MP Nipissing-Timiskaming, Monique Smith, MPP Nipissing and
Vic Fedeli, Mayor of the City of North Bay.

The opening coincided with the anniversary of the Franco-Ontarian flag and to commemorate the event, students, school staff and guests will participated in the raising of the Franco-Ontarian flag
