Charged with assault causing bodily harm

North Bay Police have been conducting an ongoing investigation regarding an assault on Lakeshore Drive on September 14th in North Bay.

In the early evening a group of males attended a residence regarding a dispute over property, and an altercation took place with several individuals.

Joshua James PINK, 18 years old, of no fixed address is charged with Assault Causing Bodily Harm and is being held for a bail hearing September 19, 2007.
