On Sunday, October 14, 2007, The Canadian Red Cross/La Croix-Rouge Canadienne will be hosting its third annual Fit For a Queen Gala and would like to invite you to join us for a day of pampering. With a purchase of a $50.00 ticket you can enjoy a day of massages, pedicures, facials, manicures and in the evening, a meal fit for royalty with a fashion show. All proceeds from this event support the North Bay branch of the Canadian Red Cross. Fit for a Queen Gala will be held at the Best Western Hotel and Conference Centre on Lakeshore Drive.

We will have a silent auction with thousands of dollars worth of items to bid on. Tickets can be purchased on raffles to be drawn that night as well as your chance for door prizes. The Royal pub will feature a cash bar and entertainment is also scheduled throughout the day.

We only have a limited number of tickets and tables and no tickets will be sold at the door. You can contact the Red Cross for your tickets today. Tickets can be purchased over the phone by credit card at *705) 472-5760 or by cash at The Canadian Red Cross office, located at 232-101 Worthington St. East, North Bay.

We are most excited and look forward to all the women of the Blue Sky region to participate again or for the first time. We recommend that you invite your friends, coworkers, mothers, daughters to be a queen for a day.
