Police looking for strange behaving man

On the 23rd of Aug. at approximately 4:30 PM it is alleged that a vehicle was proceeding down Main St. near Fraser St. At this time a male was walking on the roadway and was told to get out of the way by the vehicle occupants.

This male then approached the vehicle and brandished what appeared to be a knife or screwdriver type of weapon and menaced the occupants and then stabbed the vehicle door.
He then fled and ran into the LCBO on Worthington St. where he stole a bottle of liquor and ran off towards First Av. W.

This man is described as white, 5'10, 170 lbs, with dark hair and wore a black hat with red writing, a black shirt and blue jeans.
