As of Tuesday, August 21st, The North Bay Hockeyville 2007 Committee started making calls to those who had their ballot pulled for the Atlanta Thrashers vs. New York Islanders NHL pre-season game on September 17th.

All handicap adult winners were called on Tuesday and for the next few days Hockeyville volunteers will continue to make calls to winners in the Adult and Youth/Family categories.

Hockeyville officials advise the public that they should not call Memorial Gardens box office to ask if they are on the winning ballot list.

"Like they say in Hollywood, 'don't call us we'll call you,'" said Hockeyville 2007 Committee Chair Chris Dawson.

Hockeyville officials say that winning ticket holders have been thrilled to get the important call.

"They are positive, elated, ecstatic," said Hockeyville 2007 committee member Debbie Marson, who coordinated the Hockeyville lottery process.

"Many of the winners couldn't believe it - they acted like they won the lottery," added Marson.

Winning ticket holders can pick up their tickets at Memorial Gardens during normal box office hours from September 4th to September 10th.

More news on events surrounding the Hockeyville festivities is expected to be released by the Hockeyville partners early next week.
