Tabitha Etches, the 25-year-old woman charged with Infanticide and Neglect in Obtaining Assistance in Childbirth, was not in court today as her case was put over until September 4th in order for her lawyer to obtain further disclosure from the Crown attorney.
Etches, also known as Lyn Tabitha Marie Etches, remains free on bail.
