Youth charged with public mischief

On the 18th of Aug. Det. Cst. Mel Prevost of the Investigative Section at the North Bay Police Service received a complaint of a Sexual Assault from a 15 year old female.

During her investigation it was concluded that in fact the alleged assault was deemed to be false.

On the 19th of Aug. Csts. Anthony Corrente and Stacy Jackson of our Service arrested a 15 year old girl in relation to this incident.

She is charged with Public Mischief, Breach of an Undertaking and Breach of Probation. She was kept in custody for a bail hearing.
