On the 16th of Aug. shortly after 6:30 PM it is alleged that a disturbance was taken place at a residence in the 800 block of Lakeshore Dr.
Cst. Daniel Shepstone and Chris Marshall attended and at one point approached a male and attempted to arrest him. The male allegedly pushed one of the officers off a porch and a struggle ensued. This man then attempted to grab one of the officer's gun all the while making threats.
Micheal HENDERSON 22 years old of Lakeshore Dr. is charged with Assault and Assault With Intent to Resist Arrest, Breach of Probation and Attempt to Disarm peace Officer. He was held for a bail hearing.
