On the 15th of Aug. during the early evening hours, the owner of two high end bicycles that had been stolen from his garage the day before, spotted two male youths riding these bikes within the city.

This man made a citizen's arrest on the youths and immediately called the North Bay Police. Csts. Peter Brunette and Kyle Hughes of this Service attended and took custody of the youths.

A 15 & 16 year old male youth are both charged with Break & Enter and Theft and Possession of Stolen Property. The 16 year old was held for a bail hearing the other youth is to attend court on the 26th of Sept.
