On the 7th of August 2007, the North Bay Police Service received information from Timmins Police Service and the Toronto Police Service that a male was traveling to the North Bay area that was involved in the trafficking of drugs from Toronto to Timmins.

At approximately 2 pm on the same date Cst. Brunette, Cst. Sharp, and Cst Reaume of the North Bay Police Service spotted the vehicle traveling on McIntyre Street in North Bay. The vehicle was subsequently stopped and it was found that the driver was under suspension, and there was a warrant for his arrest from the North Bay OPP. Also a quantity of drugs was located inside the vehicle.

38 year old Ainsley Coore of York Mills and 33 year old Lennox Young of Toronto both faces charges of possession of a controlled substance, and breach of a recognizance, and 26 year old Latoya McIntosh of York Mills is charged with possession of a controlled substance.
