TORONTO - The Ontario Liberal Party today launched the next wave of pre-election television advertising, complementing the frank, optimistic, innovative approach of its "dalton.ca" campaign, which is ongoing.

The "Change That's Working" ad campaign features Ontarians from different walks of life who have been attracted to the positive change that Dalton McGuinty's Liberals have brought to Ontario.

The first ad in the "Change That's Working" campaign features Kathy Smith, a pediatric trauma nurse, candidly speaking about the impact of the government's job guarantee for all new nurses. This is part of the Liberal commitment to hire 8,000 nurses as part of the McGuinty Nursing Strategy.

"When I graduated in the year 2000, I wasn't able to get a full-time job," says Ms. Smith in the ad. "Now with the new graduate guarantee we're seeing nurses coming right out of school and getting their full-time jobs and getting the expertise they need."

The television ads were paid for by the Ontario Liberal Party and can be found online at ontarioliberal.ca
