Officers strengthen leg power

The North Bay Police Service wishes to advise the public that we will have 2 officers on bicycle patrol in various parts of the city.

These officers will target the downtown area, and bicycle paths as well as other areas.

They will be specifically dealing with cyclists that ride on the sidewalk in the downtown core and fail to obey rules of the road.

While performing these duties the officers will also be giving out water bottles or free skateboarding tickets to children who are wearing the helmets while either riding their bikes or skateboards.
