Three arressted in stolen vehicle investigation

HUNTSVILLE - As a result of the investigation into the stolen vehicle from Sudbury that fled from the Huntsville officers on the 12th of July 2007, three parties have been charged with the following:

Edward BEAUDRY of Wikwemikong, Ont has been charged with Dangerous Operation of a Motor Vehicle, Possession of Property Obtained by Crime over $5000.00, Assault with a Weapon (Motor Vehicle) and Flight From Police Officer, all under the Criminal Code of Canada.

Lisa JEFFRIES of Chapleau, Ont has been charged with Possession Property Obtained by Crime over $5000.00, Obstruct/Resist Peace Officer, all under the Criminal Code of Canada.

Jeremy TRODD of Magnetewan First Nations has been charged with Possession Property Obtained by Crime over $5000.00, Cause Disturbance, Breach of Recognizance, all under the Criminal Code of Canada.

The accused had been held for a Bail Hearing, and will be brought forward in Bracebridge court this week.
