Erma's Variety robbed.....again (Updated)

Initial information indicated that Erma’s Variety at Worthington and Fisher streets was robbed, however, in speaking with the business owners they say the store had a break in around between 3:40 - 3:50am this morning, July 16th.

Store owner Rick Pineo, informs BayToday that thieves made entry by smashing in the west window facing Worthington Street which is valued at $1,800.

Once inside the thieves grabbed about $500 worth of cigarettes.

Pineo says this is the second time in less then three years that theives have targeted the window and the cigarettes.

The investigation is ongoing.
