OPP looking for escapee

Toronto - The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (ROPE) Squad is requesting the public's assistance in locating Joseph Watson, a federal offender wanted on a Canada-wide warrant as a result of escape from Frontenac Institution September 19, 2006.

Joseph Watson is a federal offender serving a four-year, six-month sentence for numerous break, enter and thefts.

His lengthy criminal record is mostly property related.

Joseph Watson is described as male, white, 6' 1/2" tall, 226 lbs, brown eyes, brown hair and has a fair complexion.

He was born August 23, 1958.

Joseph Watson has ties to the Greater Toronto Area and Central Ontario.
