Fail to remain driver caught

On the 30th of June during the late afternoon hours it is alleged that a vehicle collision took place on Lakeshore Dr. It is further alleged that one of the drivers immediately left the scene.

The other driver followed and caught up to the first one and advised him the police were called. This last driver then left again without providing any information.

Then on the 7th of July Cst. Barry McIntosh of the North Bay Police spotted the vehicle in question at a local mall and the driver was arrested.

Keith WALKER 23 years old of Lakeshore Dr. is charged with a variety of Highway Traffic Act charges as well as Fail to Remain under the Criminal Code. He is to attend court on the 14th of Aug.
