Highway 17 closed west of North Bay (Update)

North Bay OPP advise that Highway 17 is open. The highway opened at 8:50 AM. The highway had been closed to one lane while emergency crews cleaned up an accident scene from earlier this morning.

North Bay OPP advise that one lane is now opened on Highway 17 just west of North Bay.

The North Bay OPP advise motorists that Highway 17 is closed approximately 5 minutes west of North Bay due to a motor vehicle accident.

OPP report that a tractor trailer collided with a rock cut and is spilling fuel in the area.

Detour is Hwy 64 from Highway 11 or Highway 17.

Estimatied length of closure is unknown at this.
