He’s a bit sassy at first - a diva to the core - but quickly opens up to friends whom he trusts

BayToday, in partnership with the North Bay Humane Society, brings you a regular feature highlighting a special pet that is in need of adoption.

Pistachio

At four years old, Pistachio is ready to find his forever home. A white and brown tabby, Pistachio is bright and intelligent, curious and extremely loyal, equally at home being an ‘only furbaby’ or as part of a family unit with other animals.

Pistachio is just like his namesake: a bit sweet, a bit salty and very good for your health. He’s a companion, a friend, an acrobat and loves to play hide and seek. He’s a bit sassy at first - a diva to the core - but quickly opens up to friends whom he trusts.

Pistachio came to the Humane Society from as part of an OSPCA investigation; in his old home he was free to run indoors and out but is now looking for a safe, secure and warm place to lay his head.

Come meet Pistachio; once you do, you’ll fall in love and want to bring him home in your arms!
