The Lac La Biche District Natural Gas Co-op is looking for a Highly Detailed
and Motivated Individual for the position of Safety Loss Management/
Documentation Clerk within our Organization.
The Successful Candidate will be responsible for but not limited to:
• Monitoring performance and documentation of all areas of Safety Loss Management System and report status to management.
• Assemble data required to support job costing on all projects.
• Cross Train with the Utility Billing Program as well as the Co-ops Accountant.
• Oversee the Co-op’s social media sites i.e.Website and Facebook page.
• Organizing and filing of all Co-op documentation.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
• Previous experience in Natural Gas Utility Billing or a similar field.
• Minimum Grade 12, post-secondary education an asset.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word, Excel, and SAGE accounting programs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Previous experience in a finance or related field is preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Ability to be Bonded.
• Clean Criminal record check.
• Clean Drivers Abstract
This is a full-time position based out of the Lac La Biche District Natural Gas Co-op Ltd Office.
