LURING A CHILD On the 26th Mar a four month investigation by the North Bay Police resulted in a search warrant being executed at a Wigston Dr residence. A computer system, other devices and hard copy were seized.

On the 26th Mar a four month investigation by the North Bay Police resulted in a search warrant being executed at a Wigston Dr residence. A computer system, other devices and hard copy were seized. Norman Baxter, 77 years of Wigston Dr, was arrested and charged with luring a child, invitation to sexual touching, and possession of child pornography. He is being held in custody for a bail hearing. D/Cst’s Jason Long is investigating.

THEFTS
Over the past weekend a construction site on Chippewa St W was entered. Job boxes, sea containers and a trailer belonging to 3 different contractors were forced open and over $10,000 worth of construction tools stolen. Most of the tools were Hilti, Makita, and DeWalt. Cst Scott Berry is investigating.
