FAIL TO REMAIN ARREST
On January 23rd, 2004 at 1041 p.m., a collision occurred near Oak St. and Regina St. where a vehicle was struck and forced into a pole.

The driver of the offending vehicle fled on foot. The other driver sustained minor injury.

As a result of investigation by Cst. Fernando Cirullo, Brent Cobb, 18, of Cassells Street, was arrested on Jan. 26th. He has been charged with failure to
top at the scene of accident and breach of probation.


UTTERING FALSE BUS PASS
A North Bay Transit driver became suspicious of a North Bay Transit bus pass that had been proffered by a male on two occasions. Investigation revealed that the bus pass was fraudulent.

Mohammad Rashidi, 21, of Lakeshore Drive, has been charged with uttering a forged document and will appear in court
March 23rd.
