Weekend Over the weekend The North bay Police responded to 247 calls for service that resulted in 5 arrests. Offences included assault, domestic assault, impaired driving, breach of court orders and public intoxication.

Over the weekend The North bay Police responded to 247 calls for service that resulted in 5 arrests. Offences included assault, domestic assault, impaired driving, breach of court orders and public intoxication.

Theft
Between 4:00 pm on the 27th of September and 9:00 am pm tje 28th four ADLAKE locks were removed from ONR switches located in the west end of the ONR rail yards. The switches are used to direct trains within the yard. The danger of this action lies in the fact that if the switch is moved, even an inch, a derailment could occur. There was no damage or evidence to the switches to indicate that the locks were pried or cut. Cst Christian Elia is investigating.

Break and Enter
Between 1:00 pm September 29th and 5:30 am September 30th a construction Co on Marsh Dr was entered and an undisclosed amount of cash taken. Entry was gained by using a large rock to smash a window. Cst Roger Drolet is investigating.
