Huntsville OPP and the Muskoka Crime Unit have charged a man concerning a sexual offence, and are hoping you can help with the case.
Investigators suspect that the accused uses various aliases online, including Jay and Jar, and are appealing to anyone with any information to call Huntsville OPP at 1-888-310-1122. Should you wish to remain anonymous, you may call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
On April 27 Huntsville OPP arrested and charged Jarret Kennedy, 35. from Tiny Township, west of Orillia, with:
- Sexual assault
- Forcible confinement
- Assault with a weapon
Kennedy will appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Bracebridge on June 11 to answer to the charges.
There is no statute of limitations on sexual offences and a report can be made to police at any time, regardless of how much time has passed.
